Notes

2013: A Game of Inches Super Boot XXI was won by Barn Boys of Thunder Bay.  They went undefeated and played Ice Dogs in the championship game blizzard, which led to a shootout.  The snow hit heavy at about 2:00pm  but we were able to finish.  Jake's Lawn and Park Place were the last 2 standing American teams.  Bootleggers of Thunder Bay took 3rd.  Saturday's party was fun with karaoke, Captain Morgan Mounties and more. For the second straight year... we ran out of tap beer (over 15 kegs drank)!   Another great year - see you in 2014. 2012: SUPER BOOT XX IS IN THE BOOKS WITH CANADA'S NORM'S DIRTY DOGS WINNING. It was dirty from the begining.  The Dirty Dogs lost their first game and cruised through the losers bracket to win the final "if" game vs. Piza Boyz of Thunder Bay.  Park Place, the tourney favorite and defending back-to-back champs, took third.  For the first time ever, a father and son have won the trophy together, with Jeff from the Dirty Dozen and Chris from the Ice Dogs merging to one team to wi. The parking lot was full with 2 buses from Canada and the black death bus from Minneapolis.  Morning Wood lived up to their reputation with too much fun morning to night.  Those boys can sing karaoke!  For the first time ever, the Buffalo House ran out of tap beer upstairs!  Bud Girls, Jag Girls, and lots of other hotties made the Saturday party epic.  Perfect weather and perfect people made it the best Super Boot to date (that we can talk about).  Plus the Buffalo House had 2 teams playing into Sunday - a first!  Stanley's took the 420 highway home after a disappointing run.  Oh... and what ever happened to Jake's Lawn?   __________________________________________________________________________ 2014 FEBRUARY 7, 8, 9 We are the largest boot tourney in the U.S. Come play dice or deal cards, tip Shelly your bartendress, sing at Saturday night karaoke, and gaze at the  Captain Morgan and possibly more "dancing girls".
